Author fees
The article processing charges with the JCPR after final peer review and editorial board approval amount to $100. The JCPR does not charge any article submission fees, and authors will be notified after manuscript approval on payment requirements.

Peer review
PHASE 1: MANAGING EDITOR REVIEW
The editorial office (managing editor) will review the full manuscript submission to ensure that all author and submission guidelines are adhered to.
The accepted manuscript will also be checked for similarity (Plagiarism Check via Crossref).
PHASE 2: EDITOR-IN-CHIEF REVIEW
First-phase accepted manuscripts will be sent to the editor-in-chief for initial review (blinded manuscript). The editor-in-chief will review manuscripts to ensure that manuscripts meet the focus and scope of the JCPR.
PHASE 3: INDEPENDENT PEER-REVIEW PROCESS
Second-phase manuscripts will be sent to independent reviewers (that have scientific expertise regarding the content and relevant field). Reviewers will be responsible to review the blinded manuscript and provide feedback. Reviewers will have the options to reject, reject with major changes (allowing resubmission), accept with changes, or unconditionally accept, all manuscripts.
