Embolisation d’un pseudo anévrisme rénal après néphrectomie partielle pour tumeur rénale.

Abstract

Le pseudo anévrisme est une complication connue des néphrectomies partielles. Mais peu de cas ont été décrits au décours d’une chirurgie rénale conservatrice pour tumeur. Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient ayant présenté une hématurie macroscopique en postopératoire d’une néphrectomie partielle droite pour tumeur rénale. Le scanner injecté a mis en évidence un hématome péri rénal droit de moyenne abondance et un pseudo anévrisme de 28mm dans la zone de néphrectomie partielle. L’artériographie a confirmé le diagnostic de pseudo anévrisme de l’artère rénale droite qui a été embolisé par des coils. L’embolisation de cette malformation vasculaire pendant la procédure de l’artériographie a permis l’arrêt de l’hématurie et d’éviter une néphrectomie totale d’hémostase.

Embolization of a renal pseudoaneurysm after partial nephrectomy for renal tumor.

Pseudoaneurysm is a known complication of partial nephrectomies. But few cases have been described after conservative renal tumor surgery. We The report the case of a patient with macroscopic hematuria postoperatively following a right partial nephrectomy for renal tumor. The injected CT scan revealed a right perirenal hematoma of medium abundance and a 28mm pseudoaneurysm in the area of partial nephrectomy. Arteriography confirmed the diagnosis of pseudoaneurysm of right renal artery which was embolized by coils. Embolization of this vascular malformation during the arteriography procedure allowed the hematuria to stop and avoid a total hemostasis nephrectomy.
