Peer review
Selection of reviewers is based on the field of expertise and the academic status of the individual concerned and subject matter of the manuscript. Three reviewers are assigned to each manuscript and usually four weeks are allotted for reviewers to submit their evaluation reports. IJID uses double blind review and dispatches manuscript, manuscript evaluation form as well as reviewer and author guidelines to each reviewer electronically. Completed Manuscript Evaluation Forms are received and compiled by the Managing Editor for discussion by Editorial Team. Based on the recommendations from reviewers and report from Editorial Team, the Editor in Chief makes the decision regarding publication of articles.
