Wireless Communications Technologies for Implementation of Fintech Solutions

Abstract

Reliable and effective wireless communication solutions are in more demand due to the fast expansion of financial technology or fintech.  This work aims to analyze and rank different wireless communication technologies according to how suitable they are for fintech  applications. Relevant wireless technologies and their characteristics are identified in a literature survey and the important evaluation  criteria for financial deployment. The paper analyzed and ranked the alternatives using the multi-criteria decisionmaking framework-  Entropy-weighted Combinative Distance-based Assessment (CODAS). The findings enable software developers and service providers to  make well-informed decisions by offering information on the appropriateness of each technology for fintech solutions. The study  highlights the trade-offs and strengths of different wireless technologies, enabling the selection of appropriate communication solutions  tailored to the specific requirements of fintech applications.
