Author Guidelines
Manuscript should be between 3000-4000 words (10-15pages) typed double space (Times New Roman, 12font size) on A4 paper. Brief communication of 1500 words on topical issues is also welcomed. Manuscripts must be written in English Language. The title, author’s name(s), position, affiliation and e-mail should appear on the first page. Subsequent page should begin with an abstract of not more than 200 words. This should be clear, descriptive and unambiguous. This is to contain not less than 5 keywords. Papers must not be previously published nor submitted for publication elsewhere. References must conform to the 6th edition of the Publication Manual of American Psychological Association (APA) format. The list of references should be listed in an alphabetical order at the end of the text; for example:

PLAGIARISM- CHECKING SYSTEM
In order to ensure the integrity of the journal and quality of papers, all manuscripts shall be subjected to plagiarism text using plagiarism software called Turnitin. The journal shall be guided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) flowcharts in this regard.

AUTHORSHIP
Contributors can only make changes to their manuscript, during the peer-review process. The final version of the manuscript must be approved for publication by the authors by filling out the publishing agreement form that shall be sent to the corresponding author.

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Authors are required to disclose conflict of interest (if any) on the cover letter or on the manuscript when submitting their papers. Additionally, every author is expected to acknowledge all funding sources supporting the work.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Authors must obtain permission for any material they include in their articles. Such materials are but not limited to the following- table from an earlier work, photos, block of text, images, tabular data, etc.
