Application of computer-based forecasting to control turbulent market forces in a globalized economy

Abstract

This work is on the application of computer-Based forecasting to control situations in a turbulent market, more especially now that the  entire world is globalized. In the process of doing this research, secondary data was mostly used, mostly sourced from the internet and  published reports. The method developed in this project involved using forecasting methods to show when the market becomes chaotic  and then using it to advice reputable agencies on what to do to avert stresses on the market floor. The work revealed that forecasting is  very fundamental in running businesses effectively. In a highly unified business world we live in today, it is highly impossible to control  demand and supply without forecasting. It was detailed that without forecasting, almost every business in the globe today will go under.
