Peer review
The HUJL follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to maintain high academic standards. Each manuscript undergoes anonymous evaluation by two internal and two external reviewers, who assess its originality, relevance, methodology, and clarity. Contributions other than articles are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board. The review process consists of four key steps: (1) Preliminary Assessment by the Editor-in-Chief for technical compliance, (2) Internal Review, (3) External Review after incorporating internal comments, and (4) Final Decision and Language Edition, where the Editor in Chief and members of the Editorial Board ensure all reviewer feedback is properly addressed, including language editing if necessary, before publication.
