Abstract
Inflammatory polyposis of the oesophagus is an uncommon lesion that rarely grows rapidly. We present the case of a patient presenting with dyspeptic symptoms that was found to have a solitary growing inflammatory polyp of the oesophagus at gastroscopy. He had endoscopic excision, which is the treatment of choice.
