Author Guidelines
Manuscript submission
Manuscripts should be mainly original research in the field of Library and Information Science.
Manuscripts submitted should be between 4,000-10,000 words (including references, appendices, and abstract).
Manuscripts submitted should not have been sent to another journal for publication or published elsewhere.
Either the US or UK spelling style is acceptable so long as it is consistent within the manuscript.
Manuscripts should be submitted in Word format.
The main document should be single-spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides, with pages numbered consecutively.
Texts should appear in 12-point Times New Roman.
Contributor(s) should submit two (2) separate files. The first file should contain the full length manuscript without contributor’s details (named manuscript anonymous). The second file should contain the author(s) affiliation and biography (named: Author(s) biography). All submissions and correspondences should be addressed to the Editor-in-Chief, Dr. (Mrs.) Monica Mensah Danquah, University of Ghana, via ghanalibraryjournaloffice@gmail.com Manuscripts are to be submitted by e-mail file attachment.

Peer Review Policy:
All Manuscripts submitted to the Ghana Library Journal will undergo rigorous editorial screening and double-blind peer review
Publication:
The Ghana Library Journal publishers twice a year-July and November. Each contributor of a published edition is entitled to an electronic PDF copy of the editorial content of the issue in which their article appears and their published article. The Ghana Library Journal is available electronically on the Ghana Library Association Website via https://gla.org.gh/gla-journal/ and on AJOL via https://www.ajol.info
