Peer Review
Manuscripts are submitted through the journal portal, which is based on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform. The managing editor makes an initial check on the submitted manuscript to ensure that the number of pages are within the Journal’s limits and that the manuscript is within the scope of the journal. Manuscripts are then sent to Section Editors to suggest details of at least three reviewers, after authors have paid a required processing fee or such fee is waived. The manuscript is also checked for the percentage of Plagiarism using a licensed Plagiarism CheckerX software. Once the plagiarism percentage is less than 20%, the double blinded manuscript is sent by the managing editor to three of the reviewers as suggested by the Section Editors for peer review; all correspondences are done through the journal portal. Authors, Reviewers and Editors must also be registered on the journal portal to participate in the review process. Reviewers have five options in their final recommendations apart from textual tabulated feedback- 1) Accept, 2) Minor Revisions Required, 3) Resubmit after Major Revisions, 4) Reject or 5) Resubmit to a different journal. An Editor decision is made by the Managing Editor in consultation with the Section Editor after at least two reviews are received. The Editor decision in the first instance have three options- 1) Minor Revisions Required, 2) Resubmit after Major Revisions or 3) Reject. The managing editor sends authors having Minor revisions a conditional acceptance with a camera-ready template, tabulated reviews from at least two reviewers and any annotated manuscripts from reviewers. Manuscripts are only unconditionally accepted when authors conform to the template, revises manuscript as suggested by reviewers and sends back responses to the reviewers’ comments. For major revisions, re-submissions are sent to at least one of the reviewers who recommended a MAJOR revision for feedback which might result in a minor revision or rejection decision.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Publication Scheduling
This journal was published twice a year until 2020, and from 2021 publishes quarterly.
