Abstract

Este artículo tiene como objetivo: mostrar los resultados de la aplicación del diagnóstico, de la situación actual que presenta el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en el diagnóstico de habilidades en el cuarto ciclo como elemento fundamental para el perfeccionamiento del análisis fónico en las niñas y los niños, contribuyendo a la preparación de estos en el aprendizaje de la lectura y el ingreso al primer grado en la escuela primaria. Se utiliza una población formada por 20 niñas y niños, 4 maestros y directivos de las instituciones educativas. El cual es resultado del proyecto institucional “Perfeccionamiento del proceso pedagógico de la Educación en el municipio Manzanillo” de la Dirección General de Educación de Manzanillo, en la provincia Granma. La propuesta se realiza a partir de un estudio de la problemática existente en la práctica pedagógica y las características de estos educandos, lo cual se sustenta en los principales postulados de la escuela socio histórico cultural de Vygotsky y la pedagogía cubana. Se utilizan los conceptos de diagnóstico de habilidades y análisis fónico como fundamentos esenciales para referir el papel del maestro, los educandos y las familias en este proceso. En la investigación se utilizan métodos científicos de carácter teórico, tales como el análisis, la síntesis, la inducción y la deducción; y métodos empíricos: observación, encuesta, entrevista, la prueba pedagógica y el análisis de documentos.

This article has like objective: Showing the results of the application of the diagnosis of the present-day situation that presents the process of teaching, learning in the diagnosis of abilities in the fourth cycle like fundamental element for the perfecting of the phonic analysis in the girls and children, contributing to the preparation of these in the learning of the reading and the entrance to the first grade at the elementary school. A population formed by 20 girls and children, 4 teachers and the educational institutions' executives is utilized. Which is proven to be of the institutional project Perfeccionamiento of the pedagogic process of the Education at the municipality Olive Tree of Educación's Headquarters of Manzanillo, in the provinces Granma. The proposal comes true as from a study of the existent problems in pedagogic practice and these pupils' characteristics, which the Cuban holds in the school's principal postulates historic cultural Vygotsky's member and pedagogy herself. They utilize the concepts of diagnosis of abilities and phonic analysis like essential foundations to refer the teacher's role, the pupils and the families in this process. They utilize scientific methods of theoretic character, such like analysis, the synthesis, the induction and the deduction in investigation; And empiric methods: Observation, opinion poll, interview, the pedagogic proof and the documentary analysis.
