Peer Review
Preliminary check is usually conducted by any of the editorial secretaries since there is standard procedure (the article will be checked to see if it falls within the scope of the journal; the content of the article is also checked to be sure it is okay to be reviewed).
The article at this point will be subjected to Turnitin software (the university subscribes to this and all staff have access to it). It is expected that the similarity index of the article is not more than 20%; if in excess, the article will be returned to the contributor/s to carry out futher work in order to reduce the similarity index.
For any article submitted, there are two reviewers. The reviewers are giving two weeks within which to return the reviewed article. Under normal circumstances, contributors are expected to get feedback on their articles within four (4) weeks. Sometimes, reviewers may not return the reviewed articles in record time, in such situations, the articles are reassigned to other reviewers.
In situations of a tie, a 3rd opinion is usually sought.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

This journal publishes two issues a year.
