Guidelines to Contributors. To be considered for publication, contributors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines in the preparation of manuscripts: Manuscripts in English should be typed double-spaced on A4 paper and should not be more than 15 pages including references, tables, and figures/illustrations. To facilitate blind review, manuscripts should be submitted with two title pages. One of the title pages should not have the author(s) name(s) or any identifying information. Style should conform to the APA 5th Edition (2001). The abstract should not be more than 150 words. A list of 3-5 key words is to be provided directly below the abstract. Three (3) hard copies of the manuscript, together with an electronic copy (in virus-free C.D., diskette or flash) should be submitted to any of the editors with an assessment fee of N1,500.00 (or $10). Those who may want to send their article by email should use Microsoft Word and send it as an attachment, with an assessment fee of N2,500.00 (or $20) to the editors.
