Justice et socialisation de la propriéte privée chez Karl Marx Justice and socialization of private property in Karl Marx

Abstract

L’objectif de cette présente étude est d’articuler l’idée de justice et celle de la socialisation de la propriété privée dans le marxisme pour parvenir à la justice sociale. Il s’agit de dépasser, d’une part, les théories égalitaristes libérales qui visent à démocratiser la propriété, et d’autre part, les théories libertariennes qui cherchent à la privatiser. Car, l’analyse de ces deux catégories de théorie laisse voir que l’une cherche à construire une société à nature providentielle, où la justice consiste à redistribuer la propriété privée via les contraintes assurantielles et fiscales, et l’autre, une société dénuée d’obligations mutuelles, où le pouvoir de s’emparer de la propriété des autres et de violer leurs droits de propriété est encouragé. Ces deux formes de justice revêtent en elles des idées de contraintes et de relations sociales pacifiquement temporaires, contrairement à celle fondée sur la socialisation de la propriété privée, théorisée par Marx et qui part du modèle de l’amour familial.

The obejective of this present study is to articulate the idea of justice and that of the socialization of private property in marxism to achieve justice. It is a question of going beyong, on the one hand, liberal egalitarian theories that aim to democrtizeproerty, and on the other hand, the libertarian theories that want to privatize it. Because the analysis of these two categories of theory shows that one seeks to build a society with provendential nature, where justice consists in redistriburing private property via insurance and tax contraints; and the other, a society devoid of mutual obligations, where others the power to seize the property of others and violate their property of rights is encouraged. These two forms of justice have in them odeas of peacefully temporaycontraints and social relation, unlike that based on the socialization of private property theorized by Marx and which starts from the model of family love.
