La fin de l‟histoire politique et le terrorisme The end of political history and terrorism

Abstract

 Dans cet article nous avons montré que la vérité achevée du politique constitue la fin de l‟histoire universelle qui ne peut plus s‟enrichir de structures nouvelles et fondamentales pouvant avoir un sens positif pour le genre humain. Mais aujourd‟hui, une très grande cause suscitant l‟engagement paraît apporter un démenti formel à cette structuration socio-politique définitive si bien qu‟on se demande si la prolifération apparente du terrorisme procède de ce que l‟histoire ayant fini son oeuvre et mis en circulation son contenu total porteur de son sens universel, a fini par libérer d‟elle l‟énergie des hommes ainsi contraints à s‟adonner à d‟autres opérations, supra-politiques telle que la foudre exterminatrice terroriste ? Une telle possibilité retarderait et détournerait l‟application de l‟énergie de l‟État rationnel démocratique au but essentiel de l‟accomplissement suprême de l‟homme au profit de l‟érection massive d‟un moyen réellement problématique. L‟État doit continuer à assumer sa tâche désormais reconnue de conserver son être politique, d‟articuler vraiment en lui le socio-libéral et le politique. Ensuite le problème terroriste est tel que seul peut l‟affronter et le trancher l‟État auquel doit s‟ouvrir désormais une activité nouvelle, peut-être extra-politique. Pour parvenir à ces résultats nous avons utilisé la méthode d‟analyse directe.

English Abstract In this article we have shown that the achieved truth of politics constitutes the end of universal history which can no longer be enriched with new and fundamental structures that can have a positive meaning for the human race. But today, a verygreat cause giving rise to commitment seems to bring a formaldenial to this definitive socio-politicalstructuring, somuchsothat one wonderswhether the apparent proliferation of terrorism stems from the factthathistory, havingfinisheditswork and put into circulation its total content bearingitsuniversal meaning, ended up releasing fromit the energy of men thus forced to devote themselves to other, supra-politicaloperationssuch as terroristexterminating lightning ? Such a possibility would retard and divert the application of the energy of the democratic rational state from the essential goal of man's supremeachievement to the benefit of the massive erection of a trulyproblematic means. The State must continue to assume its now recognized task of preserving its political being, of truly articulating within itself the socio-liberal and the political. Then the terrorist problem is such that only the State canconfrontit and settleit, to which a new activity, perhaps extra-political, must henceforth open up. To achieve these results, we used the method of direct analysis.
