La conception pluridisciplinaire de Cheikh Anta Diop et la question de l’anhistoricité Africaine

Abstract

L'œuvre de Cheikh Anta Diop est une pensée subversive à travers la rupture paradigmatique qu'elle introduit dans le champ des Études africaines, notamment dans les recherches sur le passé africain, auxquelles il fournit une grille de lecture et une assise épistémologique et méthodologique  rigoureuse ferme et pertinente. Il y a bel et bien une conception scientifique au cœur du travail de Cheikh Anta Diop, qui conjugue la relation science et  société, pour le développement que poursuit cette contribution comme objectif. Cette conception est fondée sur une approche pluridisciplinaire, qui  articule sciences humaines et sciences exactes. Cette articulation pluridisciplinaire entre sciences humaines et sciences exactes fait apparaître une  démarche méthodologique et épistémologique qui privilégie le constructivisme comme finalité. À partir dřune démarche sociocritique et archéologique  notre réflexion tente comprendre les fondements de la pensée scientifique de Diop, dřune part, et dřautre part, mettre en relief la naissance dřune  méthode interdisciplinaire, chez lui, comme articulation convergente entre sciences humaines et sciences exactes ?

English title: Cheikh Anta Diop’s multidisciplinary conception and the question of African anhistoricity

Cheikh Anta Diop's work designs a subversive thought as to the paradigmatic rupture it introduces in the field of African Studies, specifically in research  on the history of Africa to which it provides a reading grid as well as a rigorous, firm and relevant epistemological and methodological grounding. There is, indeed, a scientific conception at the heart of Cheikh Anta Diop's work, in that it combines the relationship between science and society, for  development objective. This conception is based on a multidisciplinary approach through a combination of humanities and exact sciences. This  multidisciplinary articulation involving humanities and exact sciences reveals a methodological and epistemological approach, which finnally promotes  constructivism as its main aim. Basing on a socio-critic and archelogical method, this reflection try to understand Diopřs scientific thought fondation, in  one hand, and, in the second hand, focus on the rise of an interdiciplinary method as a combination between human sciences and exact sciences
