Legal perspectives on the casualisation of workers under Nigerian Labour Law

Abstract

This article discusses the different faces of the phenomenon of casualization
of labour in Nigeria and the struggle of the workers towards a dignified
realization of their labour rights. A comparative review of other jurisdictions
is made to give more insights into the problem, and a number of suggestions
are made on how the workers in Nigeria can be afforded better labour
conditions in order to enjoy their labour rights.
