The editors welcome submissions of relevance to human rights, peace, constitutional and administrative law, free=edom of information, gender, law and development, good governance and public international law. Interdisciplinary articles on the above topics are encouraged. All submissions should be original and in English. They should be accompanied by electronic copies processed in Corel, WordPerfect or Microsoft Word. The text of the article, including footnotes, should be double-spaced. Footnotes should be placed at the bottom of each page and citations should for a uniform system of citation (15th Ed). Contributors are requested to indicate their professional, academic, and other qualifications as well as their address for communication.
