The effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment of individuals in Algeria Telecom –Laghouat أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على الالت ا زم التنظيمي للأف ا رد في مؤسسة اتصالات الج ا زئ ر - الأغواط
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the impact of organizational culture on the organizational commitment of individuals within Algeria Telecom – Laghouat, as well as the relationship between them. To achieve this, we conducted a survey distributed to a sample of the company's employees. The study revealed that all components of organizational culture values were at a moderate level, and a positive level of organizational commitment among its employees. Through the study, we identified a statistically significant correlation between the two variables, furthermore the study, utilizing gradual regression analysis (stepwise), identified that only two values, namely efficiency and strength, significantly influenced organizational commitment. Conversely, the remaining values (favoritism, reward, order, effectiveness, teamwork, and justice) showed no significant impact.
