This journal is supported by the State.

Peer Review

All paper submitted to our journal are double-blind peer reviewed. The review process is at least 45 days and up to three months by two reviewers per article, and if necessary by a third reviewer. Then, the editorial board decide, according to the assessments done, to publish or not the paper. If accepted, the paper is programmed to be published in forthcoming issue.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
