A propos de « ce qui est vrai et saint » dans les Religions Traditionnelles Africaines

Abstract

Pour prendre en considération ce qui est vrai et saint dans les religions non chrétiennes dont les religions africaines, comme le  recommande la Déclaration Nostra Aetate, l’Eglise en Afrique est appelée, d’une part, à collaborer activement et positivement avec ces  religions dans la recherche du bien religieux et social ; et d’autre part, à en approfondir la connaissance pour une meilleure intégration  des valeurs qu’elles véhiculent.

To take into consideration what is true and holy in non-Christian religions, including African religions, as recommended in the Declaration  Nostra Aetate, the Church in Africa is called, on the one hand, to collaborate actively and positively with these religions in the  search for religious and social good; and on the other hand, to deepen its knowledge of them for a better integration of the values they  convey
