Apport Des Données Agropédologiques Et Hydrodynamiques À La Mise En Valeur Du Bas-Fond D’ayou Dans La Commune D’allada (Bénin)

Abstract

Pour contribuer à la mise en valeur du bas-fond d’Ayou, une étude a été réalisée sur son fonctionnement hydrodynamique. La méthode utilisée a consisté à la mise en place de dispositif de mesure constitué d’échelles limnimétriques, d’un réseau piézométrique, d’un infiltromètre et d’un pluviomètre. Des mesures piézométriques, limnimétriques et pédologiques ont été réalisées. Des résultats de l’étude, il ressort que les sols du bas-fond d’Ayou sont de texture limono-argilo-sableuse avec une augmentation du taux d’argile d’amont en aval. Le bas-fond d’Ayou est caractérisé par une pente transversale comprise entre 0 et 5 % avec une pente longitudinale moyenne de 0,32 %. La variation du niveau de la nappe ainsi que la hauteur de la lame d’eau ruisselée est fonction du régime pluviométrique et la principale culture vivrière cultivée dans le bas-fond est le riz. Les cultures pérennes telles que Musa sp (bananier) et Artocarpus altilis (pin du sucre) sont recensées.

The contribution to the development of the inland valley of Ayou has led us to carry out a study about its hydrodynamic functioning. The method used has consisted in setting up measurement design made of limnimetrical scales, of a piezometrical network, of an infiltrometer and of a rain gauge. It has allowed the realization of piezometrical, limnimetric and pedologic measurements. The results of the study proved that: the soils of the inland valley Ayou are of sandy clay loam texture with an increase of the clay rate from the upstream to the downstream; the inland valley of Ayou is characterized by a transversal slop located between 0 and 5% with a longitudinal average slop of 0.32%, the disparity of the level of water table and the height of the water stream vary according to the rainfall rate.The main crop cultivated in the inland valley is rice. Perennial crops such as Musa sp (banana tree) and Artocarpus Altilis (sugar loaf) are recorded.
