Impact of training on employee performance -Case Study: NAFTAL LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (LPG)
Abstract
This study examined the effect of training on worker performance at the Algerian Enterprise (GPL) in Oran. A questionnaire was distributed to 30 employees, and 25 questionnaires were retrieved. The results of the study suggest that training has a positive impact on worker performance. Trained employees are more likely to be satisfied with their jobs, to be more productive, and to have a lower turnover rate. The study concludes that training is an important tool for organizations that want to improve employee performance and increase productivity. However, the study also notes that the effectiveness of training depends on a number of factors, such as the quality of the training program, the motivation of the employees, and the organizational culture.
