Impact of Leadership and Accountability on Educational Facilities in Nigeria
Abstract
It is an established fact that no nation can achieve meaningful development in her educational facilities without quality and accountable leadership. This implies that good leadership is the hallmark of all facets of educational development including that of educational facilities. The performance of government in this sector can easily be assessed and evaluated, especially when physical facilities and equipment which constitute educational infrastructure are provided. It is on this premise that this paper will examine the impact of leadership and accountability as the super structure upon which the development of educational facilities can be achieved in Nigeria.
