Author Guidelines
The magazine Alternatives Rurales proposes to publish articles of communication of research and debate on the alternatives of development. The following article formats are accepted:
1) Articles communicating and discussing studies, research results and field experiences . The authors present the results of research work or technical studies in relation to the spirit of the journal and its requirements in terms of quality. These contributions can come from different disciplines (social sciences, agronomy, zootechnics, etc.), the important thing is above all that these contributions show how the results presented can constitute a basis for reflection on development alternatives and the development of policies. public. These may be original articles, summaries of scientific articles published elsewhere or in preparation, or summaries of theses or end-of-study project work.
2) Opinion or testimonial articles . The authors present an experience they have had, analyze it and show how this experience can fuel the debate on development alternatives.
3) Reading notes and reports of debates on the themes of the journal.

Authors retain copyright to their articles. As specified in the journal's charter, the publication of an article in the journal is not subject to any payment.
