The review process has two steps: 1) interaction with the editorial board to improve the manuscript; 2) then, in a second step, the manuscript is sent to 2 anonymous reviewers in a double blind process.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Publication Scheduling
This journal publishes once accepted, i.e. continuous publication.
