Corps étrangers de vessie (A propos de 4 cas)

Abstract

Les corps étrangers de la vessie ont fait l\'objet de nombreuses descriptions tant par leur nature que par leur circonstances d\'introduction. Si leur présence relève souvent de pratiques douteuses dans un contexte psychiatrique, il faut également souligner la possibilité d\'introduction accidentelle lors d\'interventions transvésicales ainsi que la migration à partir des espaces périvésicaux lors d\'une chirurgie de voisinage. Les auteurs rapportent quatre cas de corps étrangers intravésicaux différents: un textilome, un calcul formé à partir d\'un fil non résorbable fixé à la paroi vésicale, une migration d\'un matériel d\'ostéosynthèse et une migration d\'un dispositif intrautérin.

Foreign bodies of the bladder have been amply reported in the literature either describing their origin or the circumstances of insertion. Their presence may often be a consequence of questionable actions performed by mentally unstable persons, but it might also be due to an accidental insertion during transvesical medical procedures or to migration of the foreign body from the perivesical area during interventions on surrounding areas. The authors herein report four different kinds of vesical foreign bodies: a textiloma, a calculus formed on a non-absorbable suture filament attached to the bladder wall, migration of osteosynthetic material and migration of an intrauterine device.
