Néphrome kystique multiloculaire de l’adulte: à propos d’un cas et revue de la littérature

Abstract

Le néphrome kystique multiloculaire est une tumeur kystique rénale rare, bénigne et avec excellent pronostic. Cependant, le diagnostic préopératoire est difficile. Seule l’étude anatomopathologique permet de l’affirmer. Nous rapportons le cas d’un néphrome kystique multiloculaire diagnostiqué chez une patiente de 55 ans, occasionnant des douleurs lombaires gauches. L’uro-scanner a montré une image kystique classé Bosniak II. La patiente a bénéficié d’une résection complète du kyste. Dans cet article, nous décrivons la présentation clinique, les caractéristiques radiologiques, et l’histopathologie du néphrome kystique ainsi que sa prise en charge.

Multilocular cystic nephroma is a rare benign renal tumor with excellent prognosis. Preoperative  diagnosis remains impossible. It is discovered only by histological study. The authors report the case of a 55 years-old patient who presented with left lower back pain. Clinical examination was normal. Uro-scan showed a Bosniak II renal cyst. The patient underwent a complete resection of the cyst and histology was in favour of multilocular cystic nephroma. In this article, we describe the clinical and radiological features, and histopathology of cystic nephroma and its management.”
