- RETAINED RIGHTS
The author(s) or, if applicable, the author's employer, retains all proprietary rights in addition to copyright, such as patent rights in any process, procedure, or article of manufacture described in the manuscript.

To the extent any Supplemental Information is submitted to AJTER, the Editor-in-Chief is granted a perpetual, nonexclusive license to publish, republish, transmit, sell, distribute, and otherwise use such Supplemental Information, in whole or in part. , in the whole world. If the article was shared as a preprint, the author grants the AJTER editor exclusive rights to all rights retained by the author in the preprint.
- MANUSCRIPTS BELONGING TO THE EMPLOYER
If the manuscript was written by the author in the course of his employment as a "commissioned work" and the employer owns the copyright in the work, the employing company/institution agrees to the terms of use defined in paragraph A above and must sign this agreement (in addition to the author) in the space provided below. In this case, the company/institution hereby grants to AJTER, for the duration of the copyright, an exclusive license of all copyrights in the work worldwide for commercial purposes, as indicated in paragraph C above.
- GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS
In the case of a manuscript prepared under a U.S. Government contract or grant, the U.S. Government may reproduce, without charge, all or part of the work and may authorize others to do so, only to official U.S. government purposes, if required by the U.S. government contract or award. - COPYRIGHT NOTICE
For any other repository or indexing database, the author and company/institution agree that all copies of the article or any part thereof distributed or displayed by them in print or electronic form, as this is permitted, include the copyright notice as stated in the journal and a full citation of the final published version of the article in the journal as published by AJTER/LENAF.
- AUTHOR'S STATEMENTS
The author states that:
- (i) the author and all co-authors have full power, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement, to grant the rights and license granted by this Agreement and to perform all obligations enforced by this Agreement;
- (ii) neither the primary author nor any co-author has granted exclusive rights or transferred its copyright in any version of the manuscript to any third party;
- (iii) the manuscript is the original work of the author, all individuals identified as contributors have actually carried over to the writing of the manuscript, and all persons who have carried over are included;
- (iv) if the manuscript was prepared jointly, the author has informed the co-authors of the terms of this agreement and has obtained their written and signed authorization by this agreement on their behalf and as their agent;
- (v) the manuscript is submitted only to AJTER and has not been previously published, has not been included in another manuscript, and is not under review or accepted for publication elsewhere;
- (vi) if excerpts from copyrighted works of third parties are included, the author must obtain written permission from the copyright holders for all uses as set forth in the copyright form. standard release and in the Guidelines for Authors of the journal, and must justify the sources in the manuscript;
- (vii) the manuscript and any additional information submitted does not contain any defamatory statements or claims (including but not limited to copyright, patent or trademark rights) or privacy of another, violate any obligation of confidentiality, does not violate any contract or law, and does not contain material or instructions likely to cause damage or injury, and uses only data obtained in accordance with applicable legal requirements and journal policies; and
- (viii) there are no conflicts of interest related to the article, except as disclosed.
Accordingly, the author declares that the following information will be clearly disseminated on the title page of the manuscript:
- (1) all financial and material support for research and work;
- (2) any financial interest the author or any other co-author may have in institutions or other entities that have an interest in the information contained in the manuscript or in any additional information submitted (e.g., grants, advisory boards, employment, consultations, contracts, fees, royalties, expert testimony, partnerships or stock ownership); and
- (3) indication of the absence of such financial interests, if applicable.
- USE OF INFORMATION
The author acknowledges that, during the term of this contract and thereafter (as long as necessary), AJTER, LENAF and other archiving and indexing databases may process the personal data of the author, including the storage or transfer of data outside the country of residence of the author, in order to process transactions related to this contract and to communicate with the author and that the publisher LENAF has a legitimate interest in processing the personal data of the author. By entering into this contract, the author consents to the processing of their personal data (and, where applicable, confirms that they have obtained permission from all other authors to process their personal data). LENAF will comply with all laws,applicable statutes and regulations on data protection and privacy and will process such personal data in accordance with the privacy policy of LENAF/AJTER.
