Pastoral productivity and intensification

Abstract

The Pasture Scientist is primarily concerned with maximizing the productivity of pastoral lands. In conducting his research and expressing the results of his work he had not always appreciated that in order to have most meaning to agricultural industry his levels of productivity should be expressed in terms of the economic limitations to productivity. These vary in different ecological regions and economic structures.
