Peer Review

All manuscripts will be read by the editor(s) and reviewed by at least two reviewers, who may be outside reviewers; other modes of review, such as statistical editing may be considered. The editor-in-chief is the final authority on all editorial decisions. Reviewers will be asked to state explicitly whether potential conflicts of interest do or do not exist, and to disclose all relationships that could be viewed as presenting a potential conflict of interest. Manuscripts will be reviewed with due respect for authors’ confidentiality, and reviewers will be asked not to publicly discuss the authors’ work before the manuscript is published, and to return or destroy copies of manuscripts after submitting reviews.
