Peer Review

• On receipt of a manuscript, the Managing Editors code it and submit it to the Review Editors who do the initial screening to establish suitability of the manuscript for the journal.
• The manuscript is sent to external reviewers.
• The AJGD uses a double-blind peer review process and the identity of the reviewers and the authors are not disclosed to either party.
• The peer reviewers provide, where necessary, authors with feedback to improve their work and help the editorial board to establish the suitability of the work for publishing.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
