A new DNA band display technology of microsatellite DNA
Abstract
This study proposes a new DNA band display technology of microsatellite DNA called Fluorescent Imaging Technology. In comparison with Silver Stain Technology, this technology is worth popularizing in the laboratory because of its high resolution, efficiency, simplicity and clear background.
