Plant regeneration through organogenesis and shoot proliferation in Trichodesma indicum (Linn) R. Br. – a medicinal herb
Abstract
nodal pieces produced axillary shoots that were suitable for further propagule proliferation. Rhizogenesis occurred in 60% micro shoots treated with IBA (indole-3-butyric acid) pulse. The regenerated plants successfully acclimatized and started flowering in green house maintained at 30 ± 2ºC temperature and 70% RH.
