All new manuscript submissions can be made here; https://anatomyafrica.com/index.php/aja/index. At the end of a successful submission, you will receive an email confirming the reception of your manuscript. Upon acceptance of an article for publication, the author will be asked to sign a copyright transfer agreement, transferring rights to the publisher, who reserves copyright.
