Enhancing Supervisor and Subordinate Communication in Diversity Management
Abstract
The White Paper on Human Resource Management in the Public Sector, 1997,
provides for the institutionalisation of diversity management by integrating it with the organisation’s management practices. This article proposes that communication between supervisors and subordinates in the public service must be strengthened to enhance diversity management. It argues that diversity management is an appropriate approach that can be employed
