Views of Physics Teachers in Ilorin Metropolis on the Impact of Religion on the Way the Applicants of Physics are utilized
Abstract
In this study, efforts were made to find out the views of 47 Physics Teachers
in Ilorin metropolis on the impact of religion on the utilization of the
applications of Physics. Thirty of them were Christians while Seventeen were
Moslems. The instrument was a questionnaire comprising 12 statements.
Findings from the study showed that respondents agreed with the peaceful
use of the applications of Physics. They also agreed with the fact that attack
should be mounted on any nation that wants to fight us with their offensive
weapons. Relevant recommendations were made.
