Isolated sphenoid sinusitis: a case report

Abstract

Isolated sphenoid sinusitis is an uncommon disease with vague symptoms which can be associated with a myriad of neuro-ophthalmic complications. We present the case of a 54 year old man who presented with headache and blindness as a result of undiagnosed isolated sphenoid sinus disease.
